PLANNING COMMISSION

Public hearing before the Planning Commission of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.

• Application 2232-2024-SU-00009 to consider the proposal by the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing

Authority, to repurpose a former extended stay hotel as a shelter facility for unhoused families located on

3997 Fair Ridge Drive, Fairfax, VA. Tax Map Parcels 46-3 ((17)) 003 and 005. Sully District. Area III.

Copies of the application and a more specific description of the facility may be obtained from the Dept. of Planning and Development, 7th fl., Herrity Building, 12055 Government Center Pkwy., Fairfax.

The meeting is available to view live on Channel 16 and stream live online at www.fairfaxcounty.gov/cableconsumer/channel-16/live-video-stream. At the public hearing, interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their view regarding the application.
