AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It appearing that an Inventory report of the Estate of William B. Haseltine and a Report of Debts and Demands against his estate have been filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, and that more than six months has elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator, DBN; on Motion of the Administrator:

IT IS ORDERED THAT, the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of William B. Haseltine show cause, if they can, on February 28, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. in the Circuit Court for the County of Fairfax,4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030 (in a courtroom to be assigned) against the satisfaction of the costs, including fiduciary fee, and the payment of the debts of the Estate of William B. Hasetine in accordance with the priorities in §64.528 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, as set forth in the Report of Debts and Demands of the Commissioner of Accounts dated and filed in this Court on December 23, 2014.

FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper published and of general circulation in Fairfax County, Virginia. ENTERED this 10th day of January, 2025.
