The object of the above-captioned matter is the divorce between Kathy Sue Morris and Adrian Hernandez Lopez.

It appearing by affidavit that the last known address of the Defendant, Adrian Hernandez Lopez is unknown; that the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown and he was departed from the United States on or about October 8, 2024, and diligence has been used by or on behalf of Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is without effect, it is ORDERED that the Respondent appear on or before the 7th day of March, 2025 before this Court and protect his interests herein. And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a local newspaper of general circulation. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, A copy of this Order cannot be mailed to the Defendant, as his last known address cannot be ascertained, pursuant to the affidavit of the Plaintiff filed herein.
