The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic proposals for the following:

CAPTION: Sign Language Interpretation Services

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing (MODDHH) is seeking a contractor to provide Sign Language Interpretation Services for translating between spoken language and signed language on a consistent basis to the District of Columbia Government for the Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf-disabled and Hard of Hearing District residents and for visitors from across the United States and around the world. The requested services shall be provided in-person and or virtually. Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART), Pro-Tactile American Sign Language (PTASL) and Trilingual Signed Interpretation services may be requested on an as-needed basis.
