The reason for this cause is for the mother, AURA BEATRIZ AGUIRRE LEIVA, to obtain custody of her child, Cesar Jefferson Rodriguez Aguirre, and obtain an Order for the child which contains findings to permit the Mother to file a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Petition on the child's behalf.

An affidavit having been made and filed by Counsel for the Petitioner showing that due diligence has been used by the Petitioner and on her behalf to ascertain in what country, county or city the natural father, JULIO CESAR RODRIGUEZ MARTINEZ, resides, without effect, and that last known address and whereabouts of Defendant is, to-wit:

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ordered that the above-named Respondent so appear here on or before March 28 2025, 9:00 a.m., after due publication of this order in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Alexandria, Virginia, once per week for four consecutive weeks. and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this cause. It is further Ordered that the costs of newspaper publication shall be billed and charged to the Plaintiff in care of her undersigned Counsel.
