REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL HVAC

DC Scholars is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC vendors to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for our facility. The selected vendor will ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

To obtain the specifications for each Request for Proposals (RFP), including responsibilities and bidding requirements, contact Kiara Allen via finance@dcscholars.org on/after Friday, January 24, 2025. Proposals must be submitted no later than Friday, February 7, 2025, at 5:00 PM to finance@dcscholars.org. Any bids not addressing all areas as outlined in the RFPs may not be considered.
