REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Design and Installation for Outdoor Facility Space

Request for exterior design / installation: DC International School invites written proposals for all interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for designing the east side of the school into more usable outdoor space for student use. The space is about 11,000 sq ft, with heritage trees and utility access. Interested parties will need to reach out to rfp@dcinternationalschool.org to receive a blueprint of the space or schedule a time to walk the site. Please include your experience and qualifications with working with the city in regards to heritage trees. Also include ISA certified arborist and DC licensed landscape architect resumes must be included in your proposal. All proposals must outline how design proposals will be completed within 30 days, all permitting to be completed by June 15th, and a build can be completed between June 20th - August 15th prior to the start of SY25-26.

Proposals must be received no later than the close of business Friday, February 7th. Please specify “RFP for Exterior Design / Installation” in the subject line. No phone calls or late responses please.
