CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR
FEDERAL-AID CITYWIDE PAVEMENT RESTORATION STBG CONTRACT

The purpose of this project is to establish a fixed price contract to solicit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”s) from experienced firms (“Offerors”) interested in providing construction management services for managing all activities required for the completion of the Federal-Aid Citywide Pavement Restoration STBG Contract. The Consultant shall carry out Construction Management services, including, but not limited to, assessment of the work of the construction contractor for compliance with District rules and regulations, prepare, maintain and secure on current basis all contract records including correspondence, modifications, claims, Consultant documents, partials payments, minutes of meetings, daily inspection reports, construction estimates, as-built drawings, specifications, submittals, safety reports, accident reports, RFIs, non-compliance and rejection notices, etc.
This contract is federally funded, open market project with a 20% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontracting goal.
The desired outcome of this RFQ is to retain the services of an experienced and qualified firm, that provides the best value, to perform Construction Management services, under the direction of the Contract Administrator of DDOT’s Maintenance Operation Administration Division.
The selected firm, hereinafter referred to as “the Consultant,” will be selected using the DDOT’s qualifications-based process.
