The D.C. OFFICE OF CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT (OCP) SOLICITS BIDS ON BEHALF OF THE DISTRICT DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, IFB NO.: DCKA-2025-B-0023

DCKA-2025-B-0023, District of Columbia Power Line Undergrounding (DC Plug) Feeder 14093

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents (“the Work”). Work under this Contract consists of the civil construction for PEPCO feeder 14093 of the DC Power Line Undergrounding (DC PLUG) Program, located in Ward 5 and bound by 12th St NE, Kearny St NE, 13th St NE, Rhoad Island Ave NE, Evarts St NE, 17th St NE, Channing St NE, Douglas St NE, 18th St NE, Queens Chaple Rd NE, 20th St NE, Franklin St NE, 22nd St NE, 24th St NE, 26th St NE, 27th St NE, and Vistas St as shown on the contract plans, indicated in the specifications / Special Provisions (J.8), as directed by the Contract Administrator.

For all locally funded contracts in excess of $250,000, at least 35 percent of the dollar volume of each contract awarded shall be subcontracted to small business enterprises (“SBEs”) certified by the District’s Department of Small and Local Business Development, or, if there are insufficient SBEs to meet the requirement, then any District-certified business enterprise (“CBE”). Please refer to the IFB for more details.

BIDS DUE: March 3, 2025, at 1:00 PM. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required.
