In accordance with Montgomery County Code Chapter 11B-46, Montgomery County, Maryland, announces that it proposes to acquire Parcel 1 on State Highway Administration (SHA) Plat No. 61727. The property is approximately 0.225 acres and is located at 2301 Randolph Road, Glenmont, 20902. The purchase price is $432,200. The County will acquire the property from SHA to support Capital Improvement Project No. 362503, Glenmont Redevelopment Program.
