PLANNING COMMISSION

FEBRUARY 26, 2025, AT 7:30 P.M.

Public hearing before the Planning Commission of Fairfax County, Virginia, to be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, Virginia 22035.

Plan Amendment SSPA 2023-II-1F concerns approx. 33.1 ac. generally located at 3033 Chain Bridge Road, Oakton, VA 22124 (Tax Map 47-2 ((1)) 58) in the Providence Supervisor District. The area is planned for mixed use development up to 0.40 floor-area ratio (FAR) as the AT&T corporate campus. The amendment will consider residential mixed-use up to 1.0 FAR and the creation of a core area for the Flint Hill Suburban Center. Recommendations relating to the transportation network may also be modified.

At the public hearing, interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their view regarding the application.
