SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Michael Stephen Desoff, in his capacity as personal representative of the estate of Charles Philip Desoff, deceased, and the debts and demands against his Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and more than six months have elapsed since the qualification, on the Motion of Michael Stephen Desoff, personal representative of the Estate of Charles Philip Desoff;

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the above estate show cause, if they can, on 2nd day of May, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., before this Court at its Courthouse in Leesburg, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Charles Philip Desoff, deceased, to the creditors, distributees, and legatees as stated in the accounting which as been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit of Loudoun County, Virginia, without requiring refunding bonds; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in Virginia edition of the Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in Loudoun County, Virginia, as required by § 64.2-556 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.
