SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of ANDRE KUHN, Administrator of the Estate of George Leslie Kuhn, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his Estate has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Prince William County, Virginia and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator on January 7, 2023. ON THE MOTION of the Administrator, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of, GEORGE LESLIE KUHN, and all others interested, in the Estate of George Lelsie Kuhn, do show cause, if any they can, on the 4th day of April, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., before this Court at its Courtroom in Manassas, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of George Leslie Kuhn, deceased, to the heirs entitled thereto without requiring refunding bonds, subject only to the retention by the Administrator of sufficient funds to satisfy the remaining costs of administration. It if further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Prince William County, Virginia. A certified copy of this Order is to be provided to the attorney of record.
