That the object of this proceeding is to effectuate the Complaint to the will by your Plaintiffs, Chanda D. Armentrout Andes, Carrie Ann Brady and Martha Jean Armentrout, through their counsel, against your Defendants, Preston Lee Crouch, Jr., Roy Wayne Crouch, Hilda Ann Crouch Hurt and Rita Ellen Crouch Martoncik and their unknown heirs and,
