REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Computer Equipment and Accessories Provider

LAYC Career Academy in accordance with section 2204 (c) of the District of Columbia School Reform Act of 1995 solicits proposals for the following services:

. Computer Equipment and Accessories Provider

LAYC Career Academy is seeking competitive bids for a single firm to provide computer equipment and accessories. Technology provider firms will be required to procure computer equipment, provide pricing support, coordinate with the school’s Operations Manager and IT team on purchasing and delivering equipment, and respond to requests within 24 hours for break/fix or replacement of equipment. LAYC Career Academy enrolls up to 200 adult learners and has an annual budget of approximately $3M.
