There is now pending before the Superior Court of District of Columbia a civil action, case number 2024-CAB-007112 where Plaintiff Pernell Parks asserts he is the owner of real property located at 2303 S Street SE, Unit 3, Washington, DC 20020 and that he is entitled to be restored to possession of said property because the alleged tenant, Jeffrey Johnson, is deceased. A copy of papers for this action is available in the Clerk's Office of the Superior Court. A written answer, including any claims or defenses, must be filed with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Civil Actions Branch, 500 Indiana Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20001, no later than the 40th day, exclusive of Sundays and legal holidays, occuring after the day of the first publicaiton of this Order; or thereafter this Court shall proceed to enter default judgment in favor of Plaintiff Pernell Parks. This Order may be published in any newspaper of general circulation in the district of Columbia.
