The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of Any Unknown Personal Representative or Administrator of the Estate of Eric Farrell Norman, having an interest in the real property located at 3307 Wyndham Circle #4163, Alexandria, Virginia 22302. If no such persons or heirs are located, the secondary purpose of this cause is to interplead funds from a prior foreclosure of a Deed of Trust lien on the property commonly known as 3307 Wyndham Circle #4163, Alexandria, Virginia 22302, and further described as:

Condominium Unit no. 3307-4163, The Pointe at Park Center Condominium, and the limited common elements appurtenant thereto, established by condominium instruments recorded on December 11, 2003, among the land records of the City of Alexandria, Virginia as instrument number 030050379.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before April 4, 2025, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper having general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
