IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of GENE D. ROBINSON III., Administrator of the Estate of THOMAS ROSS COOK, JR., deceased, and of debts and demands against her estate, have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of GENE D. ROBINSON III, Administrator, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, on 28th day of March,2025, at 9:00 AM, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Thomas Ross Cook, Jr., deceased, to the legatees without requiring funding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published and having a general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
