The University of the District of Columbia (UDC) is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the “Reconstruction of Performing Arts Building 46W Van Ness Campus Feasibility Study and Concept Design.”

This solicitation is Open Market SBE set aside with preference to the DC Department of Local Small Business Development (DSLBD) certified small business enterprise. It requires that 35% be subcontracted to a DSLBD-certified small business is required by law according to the dollar amount.
