SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Edward A. Deitrick, Executor of the Estate of Harrison F. Deitrick, Jr.., deceased, of the debts and demands against his Estate has been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor.

On the motion of the Executor, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Harrison F. Deitrick, Jr. do show cause, if any they can, on the 11th day of April, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. before the Prince William County Circuit Court, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Harrison F. Deitrick, Jr., deceased, to the decedent's heirs without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published of general circulation in Prince William County, Virginia.
