The Department of Environmental Protection is evaluating an application to renew the Quarry License of Tri-State Stone & Building Supply, Inc./Ben Porto & Son, Ltd., 8200 Seven Locks Rd., Bethesda, for a period of three years. The Director of Environmental Protection is interested in hearing any factual testimony relevant to the decision to grant, modify or deny the license renewal.

All interested parties and persons directly affected by this license renewal are invited to provide written or oral testimony. Persons wishing to provide oral testimony can register at:
