1. The Government of the District of Columbia ("District"), Office of Contracting and Procurement (“OCP”) on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (“DDOT” or “Department”), is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for Aspen Street, N.W. Streetscape from 16th Street to Georgia Avenue.

2. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the project in accordance with the Contract Documents (“the Work”), as shown on the solicitation documents and as directed by the Engineer.

3. The District contemplates the award of a fixed price contract based on fixed unit prices, with a not-to-exceed amount (ceiling) equal to the contract award amount. This is a federally funded project with 17% DBE goal requirement. Bidders will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the IFB and all applicable laws and regulations. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required.

4. Bids are due on April 14, 2025 at 2 p.m. local time. The IFB solicitation and any amendments will be available on the District Department of Transportation Access Portal (DTAP) website https://dtap.ddot.dc.gov and https://contracts.ocp.dc.gov/solicitations/search. All inquiries concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing in accordance with the instructions set out in the IFB.

Bids will be submitted electronically as detailed in the solicitation documents.
