The object of this civil action is to determine the heirs of the Estate of Eva Maria Ditto,

An affidavit having been filed alleging that (i) there are or may be persons whose names are unknown that may have interest in the Estate of Eva Maria Ditto; (ii) that such persons are Defendants by general description VARIOUS UNKNOWN PARTIES WHO MAY BE HEIRS OR DEVISEES OF EVA MARIA DITTO., the Clerk of the Court does enter and grant this Order of Publication this 27th day of February, 2025.

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it is ORDERED, that Respondents appear on or before April 17, 2025, and do what is necessary to protect their interests in this civil action, and, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia, and published therein.
