SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

It is ordered that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in the above estate show cause, if they can, on April 18, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, against payment and delivery of the estate to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published in Prince William County, it appearing that a report of the accounts of RODNEY LAPENNA, Executor of the Estate, and of the debts and demands against the estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months, have elapsed since qualification as Executor.
