The object of this suit is to interplead surplus funds into the Court’s registry and allow potential claimants to file claims for the funds derived from the sale of real property known as 12854 Hyannis Lane, Woodbridge, VA 22193.

It is hereby ORDERED that the Unknown Heirs at Law of Olivia S. Borden and Mark Borden appear in the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia to protect their interest in this matter on or before Friday, May 2, 2025 and

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William, Virginia.
