SHOW CAUSE ORDER

It appearing that a report of the accounts of Christopher T. Murdock, Administrator of the Estate of KATHLEEN C. BAXTER, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since qualification of the Administrator, on motion of Christopher T. Murdock, Administrator, It is ordered that the creditors of, and all persons interested in the above estate, show cause, if they can, on the 4th day of April, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of KATHLEEN C. BAXTER to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ordered that the forgoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction. ENTERED this 11th day of March, 2025.
