The Government of the District of Columbia is soliciting electronic bids or proposals for the following:

CAPTION: DHS/OMS – RESPITE & RECEPTION OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT

The District of Columbia (the “District”) Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Migrant Services (OMS) seeks a contractor to provide operations and management services as necessary and in agreement with the Agency for the Reception and Respite Center.

The goal of this Human Care Agreement (HCA) is to ensure that high-quality, dignified services are being provided to migrants to meet their needs while they are transitioning or resettling in the region. All service providers will follow best practices in their service delivery field to meet or exceed the standard of care.

The provider shall onboard personnel as outlined within the scope to support DHS OMS operations and management at Harbor Light Reception and Respite Center.

The District contemplates award of a single Human Care Agreement to a qualified contractor resulting from this Request for Qualification.
