DCKA-2025-B-0024, District of Columbia Power Line Undergrounding (DC Plug) Feeder 15021

the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents (“the Work”). Work under this Contract consists of the civil construction for PEPCO feeder 15021 of the DC Power Line Undergrounding (DC PLUG) Program, located in Ward 4 and bound by Madison St NW, Colorado Ave NW, 13th St NW, and Blagden Ave NW as shown on the contract plans, indicated in the specifications / Special Provisions (J.8), as directed by the Contract Administrator.

For all locally funded contracts in excess of $250,000, at least 35 percent of the dollar volume of each contract awarded shall be subcontracted to small business enterprises (“SBEs”) certified by the District’s Department of Small and Local Business Development, or, if there are insufficient SBEs to meet the requirement, then any District-certified business enterprise (“CBE”). Please refer to the IFB for more details.

BIDS DUE: April 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required.
