NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

DISPOSITION OF PUBLIC PARKING LOT 14

Pursuant to Section 11B-45(a)(4) of the Montgomery County Code (2014) as amended, the County Executive or his Designee shall conduct a virtual Public Hearing via the internet-based platform known as Zoom at 2:00 PM on April 15, 2025, to consider the possible disposition of 14 spaces of 13504 New Hampshire Avenue (Public Parking Lot 14) located in and managed by the Silver Spring Parking Lot District for the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in partnership with a private developer. The developer will provide 4 DC fast charging EV stations open to the public which will significantly expand the EV infrastructure for the area.

Scanning the attached QR Code with your mobile device will direct you to the registration form required to participate. Completing the registration form ensures you receive an electronic invitation prior to the Hearing. In addition to the Hearing Registration form the QR will provide details regarding the terms of the proposed disposition and compensation to be received.

After the aforementioned Hearing, the Hearing Officer shall report his findings and recommendations to the County Executive for further consideration as prescribed by the County Code.
