SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Lisa R. Smith, Administrator of the Estate of Franklin D. Payne, deceased, of the debts and demands against his Estate has been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County of Fairfax, and that more than six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator.

On the motion of the Administrator, it is ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Franklin D. Payne do show cause, if any they can, on the 25th day of April, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. before the Fairfax County Circuit Court, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Franklin D. Payne, deceased, to the decedent's heirs without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Fairfax County, Virginia.
