SHOW CAUSE ORDER

THS DAY came Laura Sharbel, Administrator of the Estate of Barbara Jo Ellsworth, deceased, by counsel, and filed with leave of Court a Motion for a Show Cause Order against distribution of this estate; and

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of the Administrator of the Estate of Barbara Jo Ellsworth, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate have been filed in the clerk's office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Administrator, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of and all other persons interested in the Estate of Barbara Jo Ellsworth appear before this Court virtually via Microsoft Teams on April 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., to show cause, if any they can, against the payment and delivery of the estate to the parties entitled thereto, with or without requiring refunding bond as this Court may determine.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a duly certified copy hereof be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times Newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation in this jurisdiction.
