The reason for this cause is to for the plaintiff, Connie Khanh Vu Mai Do to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii, from the defendant Tony Pham pursuant to Section 20-91(A)(9)(a) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, based on having lived separate and apart without cohabitation for a period in excess of one year.

An affidavit having been made and filed showing that the Defendant in the above-entitled cause is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that due diligence has been used to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendant to no effect and that her name and last known post office address are as follows:
