Application forms are available by accessing the Internet at www.fairfaxcounty.gov/boe. Rules of Procedure for the BOE are available at the BOE office and on the Web site. Applications may also be obtained by visiting, writing, or calling the BOE office at 703-324-4891.
All hand delivered and electronically filed appeals relating to real estate properties must have been filed and received by the office of the BOE no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 1, 2025. If the statutory filing deadline (June 1) falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Fairfax County holiday, the deadline is the following business day.
