AMENDED ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for more than one (1) year; AND IT APPEARING by Amended Affidavit that the above-named Defendant's last known address is 2785 Sugar Pine Court, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192, and that the whereabouts of the above-named Defendant are unknown to Plaintiff, although the Plaintiff has exercised due diligence in attempting to locate the Defendant; it is hereby

ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before May 19th , 2025, after proper publication of this Order, to protect his interest in this cause; and it is further

ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Prince William, Virginia, and that the bill for said publication shall be sent to Jonathan P. McHugh, Esq., LIVESAY & MYERS, P.C., 9408 Grant Avenue, Suite 402, Manassas, Virginia 20110.

The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the Amended Affidavit of Plaintiff filed herein.
