SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in the above-estate show cause, if they can, on the 2nd day of May, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom at 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Whitney Wyatt Burns, deceased, to the sole beneficiary without requiring a refunding bond. It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper published in Washington, D.C., and having general circulation in the County of Fairfax, Virginia, it appearing the Report of Debts and Demands against the estate was filed by the Commissioner of Accounts with the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification by the Executor.
