SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Thomas D. Yates, Executor of the Estate of John R. Pollard, deceased, and of the debts and demands against this Estate has been filed in the Clerk's Office, a copy of which is attached, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of Thomas D. Yates as Executor;

IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate do show cause, if any they can, at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of May, 2025, before this Court at its courtroom, against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of John R. Pollard, deceased to its creditors, claimants, legatees, and distributees in accordance with the attached Proposed Schedule of Distribution, with or without requiring refunding bonds,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
