NOTICE - FY 2026 Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan and Updated Citizen Participation

Plan Available for Review

In accordance with Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended and the regulations found at 24 CFR part 91, et. seq., the Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) has drafted Montgomery County’s proposed Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan covering the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and updated its Citizen Participation Plan following Subpart B of 24 CFR Part 91 requirements.

The Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan describes projects proposed for funding in County Fiscal Year 2026 - July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 - with CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds. The Citizen Participation Plan is a pathway for all citizens to exercise their voice and influence decisions that affect their communities. All interested parties are invited to submit comments on the Plan, the community development performance of Montgomery County, and the updated Citizen Participation Plan.
