NOTICE OF A PROPOSED REAL PROPERTY TAX RATE INCREASE

FOR COMMERCIAL, COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, AND INDUSTRIAL REAL PROPERTY

For the taxable year beginning July 1, 2025, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Riverdale Park proposes to increase the commercial, commercial condominium, and industrial real property tax rates from $0.6890 per $100 of assessment to $0.7500 per $100 of assessment.

There is no proposed change to the residential, townhome, multifamily, commercial residential, and residential commercial real property tax rate for the taxable year beginning July 1, 2025.
