The object of this lawsuit is to aid and direct the Executor of the Estate of Virginia Boudren Prange Nelson (“Decedent”) in administrating the Estate and resolving the various apparent misnomers made by the Decedent of applicable beneficiaries in her Will.

IT APPEARING THAT, Decedent’s Will identifies George Washington University Medical Center as a beneficiary of her Estate, and the Executor has been unable to identify any entity in existence at the time of Decedent’s death named or identified as George Washington University Medical Center. Due to the apparent misnomer, there are or may be persons, whose names are unknown, that have an interest in Decedent’s Estate as beneficiaries of such Estate; it is hereby,

ORDERED THAT the all Parties Unknown, if any, claiming identification as George Washington University Medical Center appear on or before May 19, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect his interest in this cause. Written Answer may be filed in lieu of Court appearance and should be received by May 19, 2025.
