IT APPEARING that all statutory requirements have been met; that the report of the debts and demands against the Estate of Thomas Anthony Casale has been filed in the Clerk's office; and that more than six months have elapsed since the qualification of Amy Elizabeth Zurenda as the Administrator of the said Estate, on the motion of the said Administrator, it is hereby

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in, the Estate of Thomas Anthony Casale show cause, if any they can at 10:30 a.m., on the 13th day of June, 2025, before the Prince William County Circuit Court at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Thomas Anthony Casale, deceased, to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in THE WASHINGTON TIMES, a newspaper circulated in the County of Prince William, Virginia.
