The Annual Meeting of The Fairmont 5601 Condominium Association will be held on Tuesday, April 22 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The annual meeting will be held via Zoom. The zoom meeting link and dial-in information have been mailed to the owners of record. The Bylaws provide that a quorum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the total votes appurtenant to the Units, present in person or by Proxy, is required to conduct business at the Annual Meeting. In accordance with Section 11-109(c)8(ii) of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Maryland Condominium Act) and Section 5-206 of the Corporations Article of the Code of Maryland, if a quorum is not achieved at the meeting, a majority of the members present in person or by Proxy may call for an additional meeting. If so called, the additional meeting shall be held on April 22, 2025 at 6:00 pm, schedule will be announced via email.
