The object of this action is to effectuate a modification of custody and visitation of the above-named child and to change the name of said child to Ezra Joseph Woodhead.

IT APPEARING that an affidavit has been made and filed that due diligence has been used by and on behalf of the petitioner herein to ascertain in what country, county or city the Father, Ethan Gbesemete, resides without effect, accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that Ethan Gbesemete appear before this Court on the 15th day of July, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., and protect his interest herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washignton Times, a newspaper of general ciruclation in the County of Orange. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse, and dhall mail a copy of this Order to the Father, Ethan Gbsemete at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the petitioner filed herein.
