The Public Hearing (Preliminary) Draft Amendment and the Master Plan Historic Site Designation Form for Timberlawn are available online at

The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for all interested persons to express their views and to take testimony on whether or not the following site should be included in the Master Plan for Historic Preservation. Persons wishing to testify in person at the public hearing are requested to sign up online beginning 10 days prior to the hearing date at

Following the public hearing on this amendment, the Planning Board will hold a concurrent work session and make its determination on the proposed historic resource using Historic Resources Preservation Ordinance criteria, considering the purposes of the law, and balancing the importance of this resource with other public interests.
