SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of Melissa Fleischman, Administrator of the Estate of Sonia Marie Hicks, and a commissioner's report of the debts and demands hearing against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's office of this court and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor.

On the motion of the Executor it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Sonia Marie Hicks do show cause, if any, on the 16th day of May, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. before this Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Sonia Marie Hicks to the decedents distributees without requiring refunding bonds.

It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the Arlington County, Virginia.
