In accordance with Montgomery County Code Chapter 11B-46, Montgomery County, Maryland, announces that it proposes to acquire Lot 6 on Plat No. 10450, Tax ID 08-01494620. The property is 15,801 square feet and is located at 17831 Georgia Avenue, Olney. The purchase price is $2,573,700. The County will acquire the property from Spartangeorgia, LLC to support the creation of the Olney Community Building, Capital Improvement Project No. 362506.
