REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Briya Public Charter School solicits proposals for the following:

General contractor services related to the remodel of approximately 5,000 square feet within a 9-story mixed-use building. The scope of work includes:

. Flooring replacement

. Lighting upgrades

. Galley kitchen renovation

. Office cabinetry replacement

All work is to be completed during our upcoming summer break (late June to early August).

Full RFP available by request. Proposals should be submitted as PDF documents no later than 5:00 PM EST on Monday, May 12. 2025.
