NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF DISSOLVING NONPROFIT CORPORATION

Pursuant to D.C. Code § 29–412.07

Notice is hereby given that the League of Republican Women of the District of Columbia, a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the District of Columbia, is in the process of dissolving.

All persons or entities having claims against the corporation are required to present them in writing to:

Claims must include the claimant’s full name and address, a description and amount of the claim, the basis for the claim, and any supporting documentation.

Pursuant to D.C. Code § 29–412.07, a claim against the corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years after the date of this publication.
