ORDER

Upon consideration of Plaintiff’s Motion for Alternative Service [Dkt. No. 18] and Plaintiff’s Memorandum of Law in support thereof, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. That a copy of this Order be published in The Washington Times or The Washington Post within fourteen (14) days after entry of this Order;

2. That a copy of this Order and the Complaint—in English, Ukrainian, and Russian—be provided to Defendants Tatiana Deduch, Ivan Chornii, Igor Sidorenko, Viktor Kluchuk, Artur

Krivenkov, Alexey Batichshev, Maria Ivanova, and Vegas Grand through the email addresses identified in the domain registration records for the domains referenced in the Amended Complaint, social media and messaging application accounts associated with Defendants Tatiana Deduch, Ivan Chornii, Igor Sidorenko, Viktor Kluchuk, Artur Krivenkov, Alexey Batichshev, Maria Ivanova, and Vegas Grand, and any other points of contact for Defendants Tatiana Deduch, Ivan Chornii, Igor Sidorenko, Viktor Kluchuk, Artur Krivenkov, Alexey Batichshev, Maria Ivanova, and Vegas Grand identified thus far;

3. That a declaration be filed on Plaintiff’s behalf, no later than thirty (30) days after the entry of this Order, describing the steps that have been taken to comply with this Order; and

4. That Defendants Tatiana Deduch, Ivan Chornii, Igor Sidorenko, Viktor Kluchuk, Artur Krivenkov, Alexey Batichshev, Maria Ivanova, and Vegas Grand are hereby advised:

A. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint charging Defendants with trademark counterfeiting and infringement under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114 and 1116(d)(1), and copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from Plaintiff’s counsel, David E. Weslow, Wiley Rein LLP, 2050 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20036, telephone (202) 719-7000.

B. In the event Plaintiff prevails against Defendants, remedies could include damages, injunctive relief, and/or the disabling of the domain names and accounts referenced in

Plaintiff’s Complaint or the transfer of those domain names or accounts to Plaintiff.

C. Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of Court, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, 401 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-5798 within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this Order in The Washington Times or The Washington Post or the aforementioned service on Defendants Tatiana Deduch, Ivan Chornii, Igor Sidorenko, Viktor

Kluchuk, Artur Krivenkov, Alexey Batichshev, Maria Ivanova, and Vegas Grand, whichever is later. If no appearance or pleading is filed as required by this Order, this Court may render a judgment against Defendants which could include damages, injunctive relief, and/or the forfeiture or cancellation of the domain names and accounts referenced in Plaintiff’s Complaint or the transfer of those domain names and accounts to Plaintiff
