Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

D.8. on the premises known as 10941 Byrd Drive and more particularly described as Tax Map Parcel 57-3-05-H-002

Request from Maria S Unda Perez (Learning Tree Bilingual Montessori, LLC), applicant for a Special Use Permit pursuant to City Code Section Special Use Permit pursuant to Code Section 110-6.7 to allow for a day care home for a maximum of seven (7) children in accordance with City Code Section 110-3.5.5. D.8. on the premises known as 3936 Providence Place and more particularly described as Tax Map Parcel 57-4-03-037.
