NOTICE OF ADOPTION

TOWN OF VIENNA, VIRGINIA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Virginia and the Code of the Town of Vienna, that at the Regular Council Meeting of April 28, 2025, the Vienna Town Council adopted the following:

A proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 3, Animals and Fowl, Article 4, Keeping of Wild, Exotic or Vicious Animals Prohibited, of the Code of the Town of Vienna to address the feeding of wild animals as well as possibly permitting controlled deer management within the Town limits.

A copy of the adopted code amendment is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and may be viewed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or via the website at

www.viennava.gov/codeupdates.
